Requesting IP Change for Public Server (Ticket not answered)

Hi,

I sent a ticket over a month ago requesting to switch my IP for my public server to another IP and haven't recieved any response. Can a moderator reply to this thread or follow up with a pm if this can be done? Thanks

My understanding is there is no longer an active technical or support team for the mod and the recommendation is to migrate over to private hives instead. With Standalone getting closer to completion the mod ticket system is being worked on less and less. Time is simply being spent elsewhere at the moment so hive submissions, IP changes etc are going to be very slow at best.
