Quick thought: Smoke nade/Water

Watching a DayZ stream and a few ideas popped up.

The caster had the idea drink water with your hands.

+Use hands to poor water into your mouth

+Water bottles remain useful

+Realism

-Water bottles lose some necessity

I had the idea of dropping an activated smoke grenade with your mouse wheel as your running from zeds (no animation).

+Use your mouse wheel to 'drop smoke grenade' (activated) if you have one in your main

+Take no damage with agrroed zeds unlike throwing the smoke grendade (stop, activate, pull back, throw animation)

+Believable

-Maybe too easy to ward off a hoard but smoke nades are pretty rare anyhow

I think water bottles should be partioned, ie so multiple gulps can be taken/shared, would also work with leaving canteens in the rain to fill up with water, slowly by partition.
