Some people will disagree maybe...But i feel like there is a need for a Very BIG building like a REAL big hospital, with many rooms etc, like it's real life. (so i might be wrong)No, you're right. They said Chernarus+ will have every building enterable eventually. To my understanding the main designer of Chernarus and Chernarus+ is one of the devs in prison in Greece so that may hold them up with that a little, but I'm sure they'll eventually do it.
