*DayZ commander can't detect arma 2, and more*

I've been playing DayZ with the six updater so far, but I've encountered a problem where servers arent showing up, so I decided to try out DayZ commander. But for some reason when i go to install/update, it says arma 2 isn't found and neither is DayZ. And when i try to download them theres an error downloading, so i can't get them. i'm very confused.

Also, I bought arma 2 and arma 2: operation arrowhead on steam and everything worked fine for a while, I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling arma 2 and OA, and ive tried reinstalling DayZ commander and sixupdater and i get the same thing.

Can anyone help me?

play with 6 installs dayz and other mods to a different place to commander what errors are you getting on dayz commander in the settings there is a path override section make sure the paths are where you installed arma

The paths are where I installed arma 2 and OA. the error says "download invalid" when i try to download anything in the install/update section.

check your firewall and reinstall the .net if your firewall isnt blocking it

I installed it, and its still the same thing. I don't know what else to try.

erm have you check the arma oa folder to see if there are any rar files in there in any of the @folders if there is delete them and try to reinstall

you know you said the override paths was correct have you ticked the box next to them

are you using steam versions of the game or gog/retail

I baught the games with steam, yes ive ticked the over boxes, and yes ive yelled at it while pressing every button on my keyboard repeatedly

i really dont know what it can be it uses the .net framework to pull the files and you said thats ok and you check the both firewalls and you have put the paths in

what about antivirus

antivirus is fine too. and both firewall boxes are checked

is port 21 blocked in windows or on your router or maybe your isp
