No Servers?

Finally got this downloaded, opened it up and it looked like everything was in order.

I go into multiplayer, hit refresh, and there's not a server to be found.

Is there a fix for this?

Check your filter options on the server list?

All the defaults. I set DayZ as the mission just to check, and it also produced nothing.

You sure you haven't changed the settings to LAN instead of Internet at like the bottom left?

Everything was set on default.

Turns out the problem was PeerBlock not autocorrecting itself for game servers.
