Special AI in Private Servers

First time post- long time reader. I'd like to open up with apologies if in wrong section due to the nature of the content.

Anyway so my thoughts were maybe adding in some AI soldiers into the game like what you would see in Arma II. I know there are various mods out there to do this sort of thing, but I am just a basic server admin with the Gotcha AntiHack and also rMod. I can find out what the service is through, though I doubt thats important. I just want to know if there is an easy way of doing this with minimal programming, and maybe accessible to Gotcha. Thanks in advance.
