Too many KOS & Bandits!

Well i just started this game recently and i'm finding it very frustrating i'm hardly getting a chance to do anything as every single person seems to kill on sight, i either spawn and get spawn killed or spawn spend anywhere between 10-20 mins to 1 hour finding decent loot only to be shot instantly the second anyone see's me no "I'm friendly" over mic or in direct chat no "lay down your arms" just boom dead everytime nobody seems interested in being friendly which kinda ruins this game.

I don't mind being killed on sight sometimes as thats part of the game but from all the time i've played so far it seems nobody is interested helping each other or giving anyone a chance most times i've been killed i'm either unarmed or no threat what so ever yet still they kill me on sight!

Depends on which server you're playing on of course, but if you can find a whitelisted one I'm sure there are people that'll help you. I really don't bother helping people on the main hive since I usually never play there but while playing on a whitelisted server, it's kinda a reputation. Of course you're allowed to kill, but I find it way more interesting helping others.
