Server Event Proposal

Hello to all you server admins out there. I'm hoping this may interest at least one you. It's pretty basic, here is what I propose...

- Fill a server up before launching

- Have all players spawn in the same area, I propose using the hills by the big dam up north to switch things up a little. Secondary options could be the ship north of Berizhino(like we're all survivors of the shipwreck or something) or on the shore halfway between Elekro and Cherno.

- All players start with absolutely no gear

- From there it's a mad dash to forge alliances, bandit or survivor, get to towns and gear up

Imagine the shit show that could be? There'll be good times and bad times, but a hell of a lot of intense fun eaither way. A stretch goal for the event would be a last man standing scenario, you die, you log. I doubt too many people would be willing to sign up for that though. Either way, I think it would be really fun to try.

This sounds similar to the DayZ Hunger Games, which was an ultimate fail. Great idea though, just hard to organize and pull off.

Ah, it's already been tried eh. Oh well. I guess I shouldn't be surprised though. Based on the amount of servers running 24/7 daylight and starting out with practically a full kit, I'd say the community is 90% pussy.
