I would very much like everyone to read my story so that the same thing will not happen to them.Let me start out by saying I have always played legit. I am 100% legit Hero with 43k humanity. I have never used scripts/hacks nor accepted items from hackers.Almost two weeks ago I was playing on US 3055. I was at my usual spot in elektro helping players in need, and killing bandits who were obviously armed and shooting fresh spawns. I saw two people named "Blake" and "Gerard" with ghille suits as50's m4a1 SD's satchel charges running around shooting whatever moved. After seeing them take down a couple of unarmed survivors, I quickly engaged the two with my crappy yet effective Lee Enfield. Shortly after killing them, not 5 mins later, I see them return to continue killing freshspawns with the same exact gear. Theres no way they could of geared up that fast, and already of met up in just 5 mins. So I knew for a fact they were teleporting and spawning in gear. After killing the two yet again I see unarmed survivors approach their bodies to loot. Now with me being a hero in all, I do not shoot survivors unless they shoot and wound me. So after a few people came by picked up some as50's n m4a1 SD's i ran over to all their bodies to try to hide all their gear so that no one could pick up the hacked in/overpowered gear. After numerous attempts to hide all 4 of the bodies, I gave up because no matter how many times I clicked hide body, the bodies wouldnt disappear.Shortly after I decided I would hide all the hacked in gear in one of the many randomly placed tents and shortly after run it over with my atv. I basically picked up 4 satchel charges, an as50, because I didnt have much room to spare. Shortly after hiding all the items in the tent, I am banned by the admin with the message" Heard you like satchel charges". This was the admin of US 3055 named pancekes. I basically shrugged it off and took a break from dayz. About a week later I come back from a vacation to find my character put on the community ban list. I was confused as to why I had been put on the community ban list. I basically got put on the community ban list because I cared so much for fair play that i picked up some spawned in gear to only benefit other players who enjoy playing Dayz as much as I Do. Sadly the community ban list is not maintained well enough to the fact their are maybe 3000 other appeals on the community ban list. Seeing as how Ive tried to make my case, and appeal this unjustified ban for my character, I don't expect to be hearing a reply anytime soon. I basically told this same exact story on the appeal and a week has gone by to where Not even one person has looked in to my appeal. It deeply concerns me that we can be so easily put on a ban list without a second thought. I hope you found my story to be courageous as well as learning a new lesson. Unfortunately I can no longer play Dayz with my friends or clan, because of this silly community ban list acusation. Good luck on dayz, stay safe my friends!
