If you have not used irc, its an old realtime chat developed in Finland.

You can choose your irc clients, and if you are using linux host, you can have irc session open 24/7 and re-join into that session when ever you like.

You can also use windows or browser clients too.

When you use 24/7 client, you can throw up question and if you are busy, you can check for answer days after (backlog).
