AmberHelios 2071 Posted January 7, 2013 arma 2 whatever the path is on your computer to arma 2arma 2 oa whatever the path is on your computer to arma 2 oadayz whatever the path is on your computer to @dayz
acesphill@hotmail.com 0 Posted January 7, 2013 yeah all 3 lead to the right placeits just struggling to find the exe file thats in there as i can see them
AmberHelios 2071 Posted January 7, 2013 i dont know what else to suggest removeing the \ from the main files in the registry should of done the job as it cant find the folders in arma as it is looking for //the only thing i can suggest is doing a clean install uninstall everything and reinsatll it and use the key program to insert the key run it with admin rights before starting up the game go into the resitry and remove the backslash double clicking on main and removing the backslash from the end of the path for arma2 and arma 2 oa then launch arma 2 and arma 2 oa to the menus with admin rights and launch combined operations by adding "-mod=EXPANSION;ca" to the shortcut aslo with admin rights then install and launch dayz commander check the paths are correct (with no backslash at the end of them too) and then install dayz and arma beta patch then try to launch dayz
AmberHelios 2071 Posted January 7, 2013 you can also make a shortcut for dayz by moving your arma beta patch to the main directory over writing the old arma2oa.exe and creating a shortcut to that with "-mod=EXPANSION;ca;@DayZ" -nosplash
acesphill@hotmail.com 0 Posted January 10, 2013 right i had an idea to install all the addons in dayzcommander and that seemed to have worked with regard to the error message............but now its saying invalid cd key O_o
AmberHelios 2071 Posted January 10, 2013 thats another gog thing use the cd key tool from the gog folder to insert your key again make sure it is running as admin first
