Yeah, they are on the ground.

We picked up what we needed and everything else just lying there. Perhaps some lucky survivor will stumble upon them and cream himself over it.

Not too much.

If he cleaned out all the spawn points as it seems as he has dozens of chemlights lying around about 50 switches should do the trick.

That is an example of spawn farming, as mentioned above...don't even need to server-hop, just have a team large enough to hold the spawning area (usually Stary Sobor).
