Perfect Little Bird spawn location

As you all know the LB (heli) normally spawns at a castle - however I think this should be adjusted.

POBEDA DAM SCENIC TOURS.

Have the little bird spawn somewhere near pobeda dam, a place where scenic tours were once a favorite destination for tourists and locals alike.

This is not only more appropriate, but also stands as a reward for people who venture all the way up north, to the dam.
