I have no idea what is going on with my framerate issues. I just built a new right with a 3930k processor and a GTX690 card. I get into a game and I can't look around without the game freezing everytime I turn the mouse too fast. I don't think it should be doing this. Can anyone please help?

alright first of all turn off post processing in your video options, also turn off Anti aliasing and fxaa these kill frames no matter what computer,

if still causing frame rate issues I suggest you turn down terrain detail and others in that area,
