Why do I still have the L85 AWS?

I haven't played Dayz for a while (2 months). Today I open DayZ commander, update to the new version and read that the L85 AWS has been removed: I remembered that I logged out while having the infamous AS50 + L85 AWS.

When, this morning, I logged in and I still have the thermal gun. Dafuq. What should I do now?

Drop it or you will be called a hacker and even banned just drop it down some were just use your as50 you can tell the admins that you have it legit of course but just drop it

It was only removed from the loot tables, hasn't been entirely removed yet afaik.

yup, it won't spawn any more but you are now the proud owner of a legit antique LA85.

Ok there's another problem: when I switch to the thermal vision the scope is blue instead of orange lol. Might it be hacked?

i had the same experience, didn't play public hive for a couple of months and when i logged into one the other day there it was =)

I was always anti the thermal tbh and supported it's removal, there is something sweet though about knowing i have one of very few left.

I have one too, but i dont play the public chenarus hive anymore, not since Dayz+ went mainstream on dayzcommander

My character on the main hive still has the L85 too, I haven't been on it since it was removed. I only play on private hives now that are usually using different maps. (Taviana is awesome)
