Worth waiting?

Hey, so i recently got a pc and was excited about the SA being released in December but now that it is slipping into 2013 is it worth waiting or buying arma 2 as it is on sale. I wouldn't really play arma but wasteland takistan life and dayZ all look pretty cool.

Dayz mod is amazing, If you have the spare cash then buy Arma 2 CO, it's a great game in it's own write and the free Dayz mod makes it even better. There could still be a long wait for the standalone at present no one knows.
