It states on the information tab that the requirement are ArmA2: CO

Now I have the original ArmA2, but not operation arrowhead.

Sooo, if I would buy Arrowhead off steam (where my ArmA2 is also bought from), I would be able to play this game?

This is the game I've been waiting for my entire life to come out, I hope u guys can help me out.

Yes as long as you have both games you can run as combined ops
