Global Ban #9b5321

Hello. I am very new to this game. i baught it just over a week or so ago. i have not played many times, and when i did, you can ask those who ive played with that i am pretty terrible. i have read posts about bans, and people accusing others of using hacks which lead to their ban, but i can assure people thats not me. i have never hacked any game, nor would i even begin where to tell you how to do so. i played for a few days when i baught it, posted here about playing with people, played a few games and left for a couple of days. when i came back to play, i was banned. i have contacted battleye and have received nothing from them. i do not know if anyone has experienced this or has ever dealt with this kind of thing before, but if so, or if anyone has any suggestions, please help. thanks.
