Needing to logout/in to restore vision after eating?

Tried searching but can't find any info but that's been a couple of times where I've been injured to the point that my vision goes then eaten enough to get back to green blood indicator but my vision doesn't clear, need to logout and then back in again and it's fine. What's the script? Known issue or something I'm missing?

Yeah but they shouldn't make a difference to vision (other than preventing shaking).

You could also disable post-processing effects in the graphics options.

This was in fact a known bug but I'm pretty certain it was fixed a couple of version builds ago.

Try going from first person to third person, it fixed it for me before.
