Bad version error

Hey guys, I just recently installed the game and it seems as if every time I try to connect to any server I just get this error every time. http://i.imgur.com/3O8RB.png

I use the DayZ Commander launcher. My Arma 2 version is 100296, which is up to date. I also have the current up to date DayZ version 1.7.4.4. I have also filtered out any servers with the supposed wrong version but obviously I am doing something wrong.

Can anyone help me with this?

Those are indeed the most up to date versions. Did you run both Arma2 and Operation Arrowhead at least once?

Yes I made sure of doing that.

I'll give you the fix I used . Go into or your equivalent of program files 86 - Steam - Steam apps - Common - Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead - Expansion - Beta. Once there copy the two exe files or 'Application' files into the Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead folder and select replace. This should fix the error, I was getting it yesterday until I did this.

Thanks alot! That seemed to work. Maybe this will fix the same error I had for Namalsk and Taviana servers as well. Seriously thanks alot!

No problem :) It fixed the lingor server I was playing on but then I got killed by hackers :(

In my folder there is no "BETA" program files 86 - Steam - Steam Apps - common - Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead - Expansion - BETA. what can I do?

I had this problem yesterday did complete re install of arm2 arma 2 arrow and dayz commander didnt solve it found this link followed it and and success
