Scroll menu missing options

Hello,

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to post my problem here, but I currently have a problem with the scroll down menu in DayZ.

The scroll menu itself is working fine, but some options are missing.

Today I was playing with a friend and I tried to refill our car; I had a full jerrycan in my inventory (not backpack), but somehow there wasn't an option where I could refill the car. I tried it from every angle and every place on the car. I thought it was something small, but later on my friend got hurt and need a blood transfusion.

Same story: I had the blood pack in my main inventory and I was standing next to him. But somehow the option to give him the blood was not showing in the scroll down menu. Again I tried it from all angles and positions.

Is there anything I can do about this? I'm pretty sure I didn't mess with the settings etc.

Really need help here!

Usually running a few metres away and then back fixes it.

You could try to move the car a bit (if thats possible)

I had occasions where the car was on a slope and i couldnt refill it so I moved it a bit and suddenly I could refill it :)
