Identifying Global Official Hive Servers??

how do you identify the official global Hive Servers in the browser??

I would like to play 'vanilla' DayZ without any modifications or 'extra' spawn items and I would like to play on the global official Hive rather than on a single private hive server. UK player

Not really seen a way to correctly identify this type of server from the ingame browser

Does DayZ Commander make it easier to identify this type of server??

DayZCommander would be your best choice, just find the filter settings and click "Hide Unofficial" if that doesnt work, offical hive servers have a cloud to the left of the name in the dayzcommander browser.

Just bear in mind that public servers are more likely to have hackers on them.

What's the determining factor that makes the public hive more susceptible to hackers than the private hive servers?

a problem is that the server admin can not make against cheaters

Private hive admins have many more tools available to them (3rd party software). Also, it is entirely up to them who they allow to play there and who they ban. In the hands of a bad admin that can be a nightmare but there's many good admins that know how to use the tools properly and who's only interest is running a good fun server for other players. The key is finding the ones run by good admins.

Why dont the public hive servers/admins use the server tools that the private hive guys do??

Also...is there a private hive server that has more than just one server? also which private servers play the game the closest to the original ( i want to play the survival dayz game not the gran turismo of duty with zombies )
