Just a bad luck I guess

Today I was palying DayZ. Everything normal then I went out with dog but later when I've logged to DayZ and started palying it I was suprised beacuse I had my older items which I had before I started playing. I mean many items werent in my backpack. That was ok but in afternoon I've found a tent with one gun. It was M4 with some colimator and flashlight on it. I've picked it up and then a some admin plugin sayed I am hacking and something like that. But I ignored it and continued playing. After some house work I again started playing and when I logged in I had my old gear and equipment that I had tomorrow. Any advice how to avoid this ? Some guy on server told me I have to wait some time so a info will be sent to some server that I have new gear but it did not helped. And last thing. Will I be banned or somehow like that ?

you were on a private hive gear stays on the server you had it on public hives and shared private hives you keep you gear from server to server

Well I am palying only on one server i never played on 3 diferent servers and what about that ban ?
