Looking for people to play with

This is the second day I have had this game and am pretty bored playing by myself so I was wondering if there were any people that might want to play. Don't suggest using anything with Chatspeak as my laptop hates that for some reason although I do have a skype. I don't really care what age.

If you're in Europe, the Wireworld UK server I play on may suit you well. We usually have between 5-25 players on, so you have enough space and time to gear-up, repair vehicles and pitch some tents (and steal stuff from other people) during the quieter times, but you can easily find some PvP (player versus player) action during the busier times. So there's a good balance between survival and PvP.

The best thing is that nearly everyone uses the server's teamspeak, so you can jump into a channel and join up with some players for the evening informally without having to join a clan. The rule is: don't shoot people in your own TS channel, but everyone else (except new spawns) is a legitimate target. I played alone for the first few weeks, but now I wouldn't play without two or three other guys in my TS channel - it's so much more fun.

Wireworld runs the very latest community beta patch. Follow the instructions in the above link - basically join the lobby and get kicked (this is so your player name and id is logged in the database), then email the address in the 'kick message' with your GUID, and finally download the latest beta (3 PBO files) from the link you're given. The details of the TS server are in the lobby message if you get stuck.

Sorry, which part didn't I read correctly?

I told you where to find players without having to form your own group or join a clan. Then there's the fact that the server isn't busy all the time, so it is excellent for people who have just started playing. Further, it has been completely hacker-free for six months - if you've only been playing two days, maybe you don't yet appreciate how important it is to play on a good, private, whitelisted hive.

I thought it was a potentially very helpful information for you and any other lone players who read this thread.

If you're referring to the emphasis on using teamspeak on the server, then maybe you shouldn't have called it 'Chatspeak'?

'Chatspeak' is a style of text-messaging, but since that doesn't make sense for gaming I just assumed you were referring to some crappy piece of VOIP software (Eg. the software packaged with some webcams). If you actually didn't want to use Teamspeak, then perhaps you should have been more accurate rather than accusing me of not reading your post (which is one thing I hate <_< ).

Ohh don't take what I said Offensivly I don't like the whole thought o Chatspeak I have tried it before but it seems my mic has some issues with it. And sure I'll add you all
