Is this normal?

I have a gtx 675m 2GB and 25gb of ram i7 3720 Qm 2.6ghz 8 cores and I get low fps on arma 2 and dayz in big cities. Like just looking around I get around 50ish and in a city I get around 25-30. Is this normal?

Yeah, most people do lag in citys.

I do as well.

Specs:

i7 - 3770k @ 4.3Ghz

Galaxy GTX 670

8GB RAM

Its normal to get lag in the citys, because that is where you find the most zombies.

Also: Your graphics isn't the best, then again, it is mobile graphics.

Normal, more stuff is going on in cities, so lower FPS. It's like in Planetside 2 when you're in a huge battle FPS will drop.

It's because of the unoptimized ARMA 2 engine. Sadly it's normal, even though I don't have that issue with GTX 670, i5-3570k and 8Gb of RAM.

Had no issues at all with my AMD Radeon 7770, and Core i3 but today for some reason in a supermarket FPS dropped to 5-6 everytime i took a step. Might just be that server.
