Roommate can't log into own profile.

So i play dayz on my desktop computer, i have logged in once and played on my laptop. My roommate was interested in dayz so i let him play on my laptop. He bought dayz off steam, on his own account. When he logs into dayz, he connects to my character and i can't play in the same server as him.

How do I make it so he does not connect to my profile on my laptop so he can play his own character? We've tried to uninstall and reinstall everything, arma/dayz.

start the game using a different port if on another computer if using the same computer you have to run steam as admin only oa so that his key replaces his
