Humanity

It's pretty clear how humanity works, help people it goes up, shoot heroes/survivors it goes down. But what about after death? Does it reset to 2500 and you always start fresh as a survivor or can you keep your hero status or change into a bandit?

I'm afraid not! You can't be a mass murdering b*stard in one life, die, and then be a saviour (well you can, but your humanity won't reflect it!)

If you've got -15,000 humanity in one life and die, and then decide you wanna be a hero, then you've a lot of humanity gaining to do to get it back to 0, let alone to the Hero threshold!

Humanity used to increase slowly on its own. I'm sure it still does? Its dead easy to get a bandit skin in self defence due to the wonky way humanity is calculated and once you have the bandit skin its difficult to get players to trust you enough to let you close to do transfusions etc.
