Ping before being kicked off the server

People are going to think what the hell im talking about but ill try and dumb it down as much as i can.

First of all my internet is fine during the day but it tends to jump to a high ping at night. so for example i can be playing at 50 ping and it will go to 400 ping for about 5 seconds then back to normal. Well, When i play DayZ servers as soon as i go over a certain ping amount i disconnect instantly... Shouldnt there be a certain time limit for a persons ping to be over the limit before someone should disconnect? So what im saying is i go over 300 ping or so for like 3 seconds then i disconnect from the server and have to restart it all. Is there anything i can do to make the time longer before i disconnect from the server? Or is there anything that the DayZ creators can do?

no once you hit the max ping for the server thats it ... the ping is part of battleye controls so its out of the devs hands the server admins can only set the maximum in a text file you only thing you can do is ask if the admin to put it up for you to 450 if its low pop server he may say yes
