Possibility to place memos / notes in the world

So you can place a note in your tent for others, or in your backpack with some infomations about yourself. If someone finds your body he can get some history from you.

Or just place a note at a dead body with some info how to get back some parts.

You also can place warnings about bandits for others. I think there are so much ways to make such notes very usefull.

It has been discussed before, and Rocket said it is something that will most likely be implemented.
