Is it input lag or stuttering? If it feels like your cursor is going over ice it could be a few things. If it's stuttering, it's probably your FPS.

Turning off Vertical Sync or VSync can alleviate that issue. If it's not that, sometimes high levels of Anti-Aliasing can also cause it.

Turn Vsync, then do this tweak:

Go into documents, Arma 2. Click on arma2.cfg and Arma2oa.cfg and open them with notepad. find GPU_maxframesahead= and GPUdetectedframesahead= both configs. Change the numbers after the = to 1.
