Keymapping isn't working, can't shoot my gun.

I couldn't get the game to let me run by hitting left shift twice so I decided to remap it to another key, that didn't work either. I was hold a rifle, but I hit every key and button on the keyboard and mouse and none of them would let me look down the scope or fire the rifle. Anyone have any ideas what is going on?

does this happen every time sometimes when login in to the game the weapons are a bit funny and dont work proper if you change weapons or put the weapon down or in your bag if its big enough and put it back they work again if your using steam overlay sometimes buttons get stuck down if you open it its a case of finding outt witch one and pressing it a few times
