I am being told that my cd key was stolen then used to hack with and global banned i have to buy a new cd key where do i buy one :( the damn steam people i bought from wont fix my problem when a hacker Fed me over.

Yes. Your key has been stolen. It is your responsibility to keep your CD key safe, it cannot just be taken from you.
