x0pticLukeZz 0 Posted December 22, 2012 I'm not really a new player but it's a noob question so I'll post it here. I played DayZ a while ago and recently came back to it to play again; however, I noticed that there are private hive servers now where player gear is specific to that one server. I can't seem to find any of the 'official' ones where my gear will carry over across all servers I log in to. Has this been changed? If so, just choose "hide unofficial" in filters.But if you do you'll miss out on the hot sex that is the Balota Buddies community. smacin@lineone.net 1 Posted December 23, 2012 I had only played public servers up till last night, I wrongly assumed they would be worse for some reason.However, overall play was far better, no sign of dodgy goings on (touch wood) and all the comms users were far more civilised than normal. I nearly stopped playing Dayz 'coz of hords of hackers and 12yo children killing on sight, but my mate forced me to try privat hive and DayZ revived for me.If you didn't decide where to play I can recommend UK#10 Zombie World.
