A pair of questions on Girls and Ghille suits

Recommended Posts

Now - I know that (still, months after I last was playing) I still can't throw a ghille suit on my female character through the basic action.

However, I've also heard that there /might/ be a way to force the equip, even if it does set me to a male skin if I take it back off again. Is that correct? If so, how?

Secondly- I've heard that there is currently a bug either kills or somehow blocks male characters from putting ghille suits on, but players who had one before the bug started are able to continue putting them on - is this the case, or are ghille suits still working fine for the boys?

Trust me I know the issue here Etyrza.

Your easiest bet is to simply, not play female, you can actually change yourself to a male I believe by selecting a new "skin" from the "profile" page at the main menu of ArmA II when running DayZ.

Outside of that I don't know any way to "Force" the skin issue... I personally don't play female character's on DayZ because of this issue, despite my desire to.
