Signature check timed out

Hello

My friend was trying to connect to several dayz servers today, but every server that we tried he was kicked. "signature check timed out" the server log said. Can anyone help me out with this?

Got the same problem.

I reinstalled the game, check that everything is alright with the beta patches and that everything is loading. deactivated antivirus. opened arma 2 port in my router.

I also tried to verify game integrity in steam on arma 2 and arma OA.

I guess its a serverside bug that we cant do anything about. Something to do with desync of the signaturecheck or unsigned beta files.

I can play on some servers. I guess those run with signaturecheck 1.

I would like to know what OS u guys are using.

Iam currently on Win XP Pro SP3
