lvg 1690 Posted June 17, 2012 I can't find this option and as 1.7.1 there's a lot of invisible people on my servers who can kill others without being seen, is there anyway to restrict it so only users with the latest beta patch can join?

Wo3dy 111 Posted July 4, 2012 euhm i just rented a server.but the required version says 1.60while the actualy server version is 1.60.93967and i cant find this normal server.cfg file in the FTP maps. Also in the name it says "$Datacenter custom1" heard it has somethign todo with the timezone. but cant edit that part. nor remove it.Server: DE 153Thx in Advance
howichrgelazer 69 Posted July 4, 2012 It is really important that you set the required build to the version that is posted on the beta patch website (ie 94444 for one of the recent one). The server version for beta 94444 is actually 94445. But, the client version is 94444. IIRC, the server version differs from the client version (usually a higher number) on each beta.So in this example, reqbuild should be set to 94444.
