Running Custom Maps on Private Server?

a friend and i have been trying to run a DayZ private Server with the Taviana or Cele Map for the last 2 weeks without success. Chernarus runs very fine but every other Map doesn't seem to be working as the Server console just says "reading from Bank" 10 times a second.

Since i can't find any tutorials or info on how to run any other Map then Chernarus i hope that you guys can help.

this is a easy question but may be your problem, have you downloaded the maps(i.e. Dayz Commander) to the server locations?

kinda emberrasing but no, we tried it the manual way (copy/pasting).

Thx for the suggestion i'm trying that right now :)
