How do I communicate with other players now?

since the update, I believe global chat has been removed. Im not good with the ArmA system, so could someone tell me how to communicate with other players now?

Switch to the Direct Chat and there you go.

Note you'll need to be close to someone so they can see the text, or hear you.

It's much preferred by the way if you have some type of microphone.

if you haven't changed the keys - hit the "." button, you'll see the words change in the bottom left corner of the screen, make sure you are on "Direct communication."

If you have a headset, I think the button to talk is... shift? I can't remember I changed mine, you can look it up on your options tabs.

It's excellent this way, tbh, especially on veteran servers. ANYONE could be talking, and you'll never know who it is!
