Help! losing connection every minute

Ok so I use to play Dayz every day and back in the summer I started to freeze for no reason at all. Though I'm running the game on the lowest specs possible I run it fine, but i have just started to play Dayz again with my clan on a private server and i didn't have the stupid freezing every minute and i thought it was over. Well i was wrong cause it still happens when ever i try and play the original map on any server and i freeze every minute and it says in losing connection when there is nothing wrong with my internet or my computer. I have restarted my computer, unplugged my modem and restarted the game and I just don't what to do anymore CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE!
