Looking to help admin a server

Hey guys I am currently looking to help administer a DayZ server;

I am very active; can use teamspeak or skype and am 16 years of age.

I live in Eastern United States and used to own a server but the fees of owning a server

by myself got overwhelming.

I've never seen someone search the forums for an admin for their server... usually it's people they trust, not some random 16 year old from the forums, just saying.

Exactly this. I don't see why you want to be admin anyway, it's a privilege. It's also not a cake-walk, and you're looked to for any and all problems on the server, which can put you through a lot of stress since you're dealing with something that somebody else is paying for.

Just a quick note, if you want to admin a server you need to find a server you enjoy and gain the trust of the admin. Randomly posting on a forum saying you want to admin a server is not going to work.

Hello there

Not to be disparaging, but any admin who would pick a total stranger to bestow SA rights upon would not be an person I would want hosting any server I spent time on.

Now, there may be servers out there that need folk to keep an eye on things and report back to the appropriate people when something hinky occours and that might be a place to start.

It's good to aim high, but be prepared to start a little lower.
