Installation of new CD-Key doesnt work

Hi.

I recently bought Arma 2 Combined Operations to play Dayz. After i played it for about 1 day i got Global Ban, so i bought it again after finding out there was nothing i could do about it. Because im using Steam for this, i have to make new accounts to buy it again, so i think i hasnt updated the CD-Key, because after i played it for about 5 minutes i suddenly got Global Banned but with the same ID as before. So i want to get help with is just how to delete my old CD-Key and install my new one. Thanks alot for reading my thread :D
