Banned from US 303 (not hacking)

Hi I played on a server called US 303. Love it because the second hackers do anything they get banned instantly, so the other day my friends and i got founded a hacked heli after we logged in while heading south with our ural we decide to take it because hi finding helicopters and driving it are 1:1000000 2 of our group members got lost trying to hide the ural while we were gone,

I decide that a friend and I that was guarding the helicopter to find them I drove the heli considering no one in my group knew how, i was the only one that plays the actual ARMA so while looking i was kicked off the server for restriction #54 or something while in mid air so the heli crashes my friend barely survives and i log back in with full health no damage what so ever. But I was pretty fucking pissed off considering we lost the helicopter the next day i was banned and every time i join it this pops up (you were kicked from the game. (battle eye client : Admin ban 2012.06.12" and this happened in November 30th and the server said if you were randomly banned for hacking but weren't you will be unbanned soon, its been 3 days and honestly this is our favorite server its packed with 50/50 so there's always plenty of PVPing etc. if anyone thats an admin or knows the admin to US 303 please PM thank you :)

Restriction 54 is a battle eye error... some choppers randomly self-repair and battle eye will think you are hacking and disconnect you from the server. I've had this happen on my server numerous times. The admin ban is separate from the battle eye error.

Also in my MOTD: "Post all ban appeals and hacker reports to our forums at clansm.net for the fastest response." I only know about this due to Google Alerts, despite me not regularly checking these forums for bans and it not being in the Ban Appeals forum. Sometimes Google Alerts takes a few days, but this one went through pretty fast.

Anyway, on to the ban. If your ban reason started with 2012-12-06, that means it was issued on December 6th in +9UTC time. I have looked through all the names for the GUIDs I banned on that day, and I can't find something matching your forums username.

What name do you use on my server (at least on 12-06 +9UTC)?

Nevermind. I found it. I banned you for the following in scripts.log:

Not only is that code not something I've ever seen in scripts.log that I know of, but it didn't have a GUID, meaning you somehow ran it before your GUID was even verified by BattlEye (which happens immediately on connecting, within about a second). I therefore found your GUID in the other logs and manually banned you.

Anyway, I can't be sure you were hacking, so I'll go ahead and remove it. Have fun.

thank you and no i dont hack it goes everything my group stands for. hacking ruins the game if i want a badass weapon like the AS50 I will find it from heli crashes i got kicked the day after the server went to shit, Cherno had floating buildings and was overwhelmed by hackers and thank you great server btw Edited December 8, 2012 by Nwoswat

Can you please unban my girlfriends account from us 303 pls? Not only you banned me, which i have no clue as to why. You also banned her from playing from my computer for no reason???????!! SAYS Admin ban 2013-02-01 hacker alt. GUID. This is bullshit. She plays on her own and neither of us have ever hacked..... PLEASE FIX. this is just unfair. Docholiday is username....

Whether it was or wasn't you, that CD key is compromised, and I will not unban it on my server.

He is trying to get unbanned on my server too. Saying his account was hacked and so on yet, his forum IP matches the IP in the server logs.. He also keeps joining my server with new GUIDs...

Yeah. This is the second time I've rejected a ban appeal of his. The first time he said hackers had stolen his GUID and that Steam took care of getting him a new CD key. :-p

Now that I check, he also used the same IP on the forums as in the hack in the original ban appeal. I hadn't checked before since already found it pretty conclusive that he was a hacker without it.
