Hackers are a part of this game in a major way, the only way to really avoid it is to join really low population (boring) servers or ones that have active admins. (Usually private hives with active admins the admins themselves are worse than hackers though).

You should have found you a nice place to plant that tent and store some of your valuables. Though to be honest with the lack of content in this game the only entertainment factor is engaging others players.

Yeah, that sucks. I killed a bandit and took his L85. I was so excited because I had actually never had one before.

I was sent to the thunderdome ten minutes later.
