So I recently heard that Rocket is planning to include this... Is he nuts? Actually, what's the deal, here?

People occasionally suggested this in the past, but all got ganged up on and denied. Besides that, they were called sick and trolls. Rightfully so, since this makes the game akin to the mind of a 4 year old.

Many of my friends have said that they will probably just not get ShitZ. I'm inclined to agree.

It's mainly for the sickness/disease spreading and stuff I think. There is going to be a lot of virus's/diseases in the SA (Rockets bro is a doctor or something so he gets a lot of realistic info and ideas about it from him). And not getting the game due to that is only spiting yourself really, it could be a really great mechanic and add an extra layer of fear to the game. Biological warfare! And think about killing people then taking a shit on them, you know you want to! :D
