Are there more hackers on public hives or private?

I really enjoy playing on public hives but I've experienced a lot of hacking there. Does anyone have any suggestion?Maybe even a public hive that is really good on hackers? :)

White-listed Private Hive > Private Hive > Public Hive

private hives used to have less to no hackers, but now all players have flooded to private hives the hackers arent so rare.

Private Hives have the potential to be AWESOME if you find a decent one...I have recently been playing on a private hive with active admins so as soon as suspicious activity is noticed its looked into and appropriate action is taken :-)
