OcubeOTG - Teleport Hack UK498 - log evidence included

Just caught a hacker teleporting on our server UK 498. Their was only myself, my friend and the hacker on the server, he teleported in a killed myself and my friend, bit suspicous about the kills. Respawned on the beach and he teleported behind me and shot at me. I dropped and banned his ass. My friend reported that he teleported next to him while i was applying the ban that he was speaking over the mic. Logs bellow should show the teleporting.

When I dropped I stopped the server before he could do more damage, being a newbie admin it take time to find and ban someone. In stopping the server it looks like the logs missed out the bit where he teleports to where I and my friend spawned.

Even if this isn't enough evidence for a ban, I hope it will do for others admins to keep their eyes open. Also looks like I need to find a more upto date scripts.txt to stop this teleporting along with the thunderdome bollocks.
