Public servers?

Do they exists or is that just something people say to trick me? All I can see are private servers and this site that is told to me the official site for the mod/upcoming game doesn't announce their publc servers so I'm very confused right now. I've been invited to play on one but I'm not given an IP to that server.

Makes me think they simply don't exists. I've searched for some sort of guidance, have found zero answers, just words "There are public servers!" You might as well tell me "There is a God!", I believe it when I see it. So could someone maybe give me an IP to this mystical public server(s) that I'm hearing about or should I just stay on my private server and giggle to these people that believe in public servers? :P

I think it's very strange though that this site have nothing what so ever guidance to get on to those servers. Even the Church have guidance to God, only that road will not lead you anywhere but believing in something that simply do not exists.

What is this madness? :o

I use dayz commander. They have a filter for public/private servers. To use it is to love it.

There's thousands of public's, but stick to your private, public's are easily hacked and less reliable.

Definitely stick to private servers. Public servers are mostly for randomness if you're REALLY bored.
