major.skrewup@gmail.com 177 Posted December 1, 2012 imo if you force log out while your combat icons flashing or seconds after death your cd key should be banned, no warnings.

Dancing.Russian.Man 1631 Posted December 1, 2012 Do you even play DayZ?There is a combat indicator. When you shoot, or get a shot near you, it will start flashing. While it flashes, your "Abort" button is disabled. Not sure if you get insta-killed if you ALT-F4 while it flashes. nmv06 8 Posted December 1, 2012 Wouldn't it make more sense, after the player dies, the body not to be tied to his account anymore, so that the dead body will remain there, even if the player logs out. Just saying, is a better idea than to just start banning people.

mr_chabowski@live.co.uk 2416 Posted December 1, 2012 You reckon it would be possible to take the players gear and turn it into a loot-pile if they log out after death?I don't know how any of it works, but it's definitely brain-food.

It's not possible to be done as far as I know. But for the SA, they're re-coding loads of shizzle, so surely they could do something like this? It seems pretty simple. Then again, I know nothing about coding or anything :P

Then again, I know nothing about coding or anything :PFor the standalone, this would be very much doable. It's just weird that this person is suggesting the exact thing that is already in the mod. You'd think that they implemented almost every feature from the mod into the standalone at first.
