DayZ - US1204 Ban Appeal

Hi, in game I went by the name Kevin, which is my real name its common so I'm not worried about identity theft. I bought the game last week on Thanksgiving. This was the first server I got to work. I was so happy I immediately added this to my favorites (which is how I remember it). I played the game for maybe six hours (I'm a bad judge of time so sorry if thats wrong), the next day a group of rich players which gave me a ghillie suit, some other suit, and a gun, which was the M4A1 or something like that. Basically to shorten the story for you not long after they left, giving me their skype, once they left I got banned not to long after. It said Admin Ban, so my first thought was that there was some mess up, after having no leads, I tried joining another server; which said I was Global Banned. After getting really shocked :o, sad :(, and mad >:(, etc. I went to the group of guys, who explained that they were hackers, they said they were sorry blah blah blah, and then offered me a cd-key generator (which I gladly declined). From there I went to BattlEye explaining that this was all a messup (which I found out later was really a waste of time, of course the answer I got was that my cd-key was stolen) After a week of pretty much no progress on anything, I tried joining this server again, which gave me the result that said (Admin Ban) and not (Global Ban). So now I am here putting up this ban appeal. I do have proof on Skype of that chat if you want I can send you an Image somehow, whoever reads this. I guess I'm asking if I could be unbanned, I really am innocent.

P.S. I'm 14 years old, but I fear my spelling hasn't really proved that maybe an image of my face or something, Actually you can look at my YouTube videos! here maybe the livestream ones and my first video will show some proof.

Just judging by all the other appeals almost exactly the same as this one, you were hacking or downloaded a fake hack and got banned, since it's not possible to be globally banned for taking hacked in stuff. You had to be the one doing something wrong.

Your story is also similar to all the others too, just playing normally when suddenly some guys appear and give you amazing gear, you come back later only to be global banned. It just doesn't happen.

I'm not lying! It did happen! The only thing that I could have done wrong was take items from them weren't in the game. I mean my friend bought the game the same day I did and he has seen so many hackers. I was in Electro which is apperently what its called. They came to me driving in a UAZ. I was inbetween the firestation and the power plant. It was my third or so time spawning there at that particular time I spawned out in the docks area and ended up swimming for 5 minutes. Just ask me a question and I can more than likely answer it.

Some private hive owners don't like people owning illegal items and kick/ban them (only from that server mind you), but if you were playing a public hive and got globally banned by BattlEye then it wasn't from your gear. Truth or not there is little chance anyone will believe you. I doubt you'll be unbanned.

I got banned while I was playing the game, I never left.

This server is the only server that says admin ban. So yea. Technically it is possible to have gotten banned for having the items.

DayZ moderators dont work their magic on Global Bans... There's nothing they can do basicly... Maybe your dads credit card company can lift your ban or contact Battleye for you..

Ya, I've already done that with my dad and suprisingly we haven't got anything back. I'm sure it's been more than a month now but my dad won't talk to me about it. My Steam account hasn't been shot either so I think I got my money back; either way, I lost a great game, and I'll probably never know why.

I can't work out if it's a global ban or an admin ban you are talking about as you seem to keep telling us different things. I'm leaning towards global ban since you are talking about trying to get your dad to do a credit card chargeback and you have lost the game etc.

You can't be globally banned by other players cheating in-game, giving you gear etc. That simply is not how BattlEye works. Either you downloaded something that has stolen your CD key which has then been used by them to cheat or you cheated yourself. Your CD Key can't be stolen in-game either, you would have had to have given them access to your PC or downloaded malware for them to take it. Either way you will not be unbanned except in the unlikely event that it is a false positive and only BattlEye can determine that. http://www.battleye.com/support.html

If it's an admin ban then simply play elsewhere for the time being, there are literally thousands of other servers available.

I'm confused myself if I'm Global or Admin banned. If I try to join the server I got banned on it says Admin ban, but if I try to join any other server it says global ban.

On the other hand there might be malware involved. After all its possible to get malware by just opening a website. After all, the hackers (I am sure they were hackers.) Spammed a pr0n site to me in vechicle chat

honestly I had no clue they were pr0n sites tell I looked at them.
