Broken System - Dayz Community Ban List

Servers persist in using the communty ban list, knowing many cheating players will not have access to them.

But the ban list is no longer managed, and thus many players merely suspected, grandfathered-in, or placed onto the list for whatever reason given, will be stuck on this list forever, despite never cheating.

What can a banned player do to get access to most servers again if their ban appeal is never seen by the absent administrators of the Google.doc? (it's been like this for many months).
